We had a fun and EXTREMELY busy Halloween weekend!
Friday we had some friends over for lunch and cookie decorating! The kids had a lot of fun together and it was good to spend some time talking with some old friends! We headed to the church after they left to help decorate for a party later that evening with some ward friends. When we got there we discovered that the scheduler for the church had double booked it and we had to figure out how to fit our party into the rooms around the church.
The kids had bowling set up in one room. They also popped balloons after playing with them to discover candies inside.
The kids played musical chairs... Jackson did not quite understand the idea of the game and was the first one out!
Jackson won Best Super Hero... they were nice enough to throw family on at the end to make us all feel better!
Today we had a party in the court. It was raining so not too many people came out. We had some soup and cornbread... it was REALLY good. The kids then went on a costume parade around the play grounds and then we set up for a trick or seat line.
We had a really fun Halloween! We are grateful however for a little less of a crazy schedule!

Just think, you only have Thanksgiving and Christmas to get through before it starts all over again!
