Midsummer Night's Dream

Our end of June-first of July has been crazy busy! We have been running around like chickens with our heads cut off!! BEWARE of an extreme amount of catch up and pictures ahead!

Kaylee got her first pony!

We were able to go to St. George for a weekend. While down in St. George when it was extra hot we went to Jumpin' Jacks (Maybe that's what it was called), a bounce house. The kids LOVE bounce houses and had a BLAST!

Kambree loved jumping around on the flatter bounce houses.

KC had some fun on the slides. (We LOVED our time spent with KC down there. It's not often we get to spend so much time with him without interruption.)

Jacksons favorite things were the slides. He loved the big slides and didn't stop for more than a seconds pause inbetween different slides.

Kaylee played with these toys for a little bit while we were waiting for the running kids. KC and I ran around with the kids for a good part of it. We were so exhausted by the time we left. So tired and sweaty! It was a serious workout!! Not to mention all of the burns we got from our skin rubbing on the slides. Kambree has all sorts of random burns on her legs from the slides... didn't seem to bug her at the time though!

We also spent a lot of our time in the pool! Kambree is our little fish. She LOVES to swim. She was always jumping in the pool... whether we were there or not. We have to keep a close eye on this girl when there is water around!

Jackson is much less of a fan of the water. He just wanted to stay on the shallow end and throw the frisbee or squirt us with squirt guns.

Kaylee likes the water as long as you don't put her under it. That part she HATES!

Jackson enjoyed watching from the sides when he was done swimming!

These 2 kids really enjoy our new phones. Jackson especially loves 'onery birds'. We have to limit their time on the phones. We let them play for a little bit each night however.

LET ME OUT OF HERE!!

Jacksons favorite activity was throwing the pillows down the stairs!

It took him forever to get them back upstairs afterwards!

Jackson started t-ball! It is ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE!!

He is so cute out on the field. Has no desire to catch the ball... just stands there. His favorite thing to do is hit the ball and run the bases. For the week after his first game he wore 2 hats on his head since it was like wearing a helmet.

We took the kids down to Liberty Park one day to feed the birds.

I LOVE these 2!

They had so much fun feeding the birds.

And of course a lot of time has been spend on the playground!

Jackson also did swim lessons. Well, we signed him up for swim lessons. He made it through 2 weeks before we gave up. He sobbed and cried and just hated it! So we switched Jackson out for Kambree. Kambree did a really good job and LOVED it! We will just work on Jackson's swimming on our own or put him in private swim lessons when we can afford it. Until then it's not worth pushing him.

We have really enjoyed summer so far. It has been super busy and we have been running all over like crazy, but we have been having a really good time! I can't believe summer is already half over!!
